1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. The reception is open around the clock. 1.2. If there is a debt for hotel accommodation, material damage not compensated by the hotel, lack of documents required for accommodation, the hotel refuses to accept citizens. 1.3. The hotel is non-smoking. 2. RESERVATIONS 2.1. If desired, the Guest can reserve a room in the Hotel, having paid it before check-in (guaranteed reservation (paragraph 2.5.), Or without payment (non-guaranteed reservation - paragraph 2.2.). 2.2. Non-guaranteed reservation - reservation of the Hotel, in which the first payment is made by the guest upon arrival at the Hotel at the counter. Non-guaranteed reservation occurs after the guest receives a booking confirmation from the Hotel on the condition that there are no financial guarantees for the guest. The confirmation must indicate the reservation number, terms and conditions of arrival, calculation of the cost of the ordered accommodation. 2.3. Non-guaranteed reservation is retained by the client until 18 hours 00 minutes local time on the specified day of arrival. If you do not arrive before 18:00 local time, the reservation is automatically canceled. Hotel accommodation obligations are terminated, and accommodation is subject to availability on a common basis. 2.4. There are no financial obligations between the Hotel and the guest with non-guaranteed reservation. 2.5. Guaranteed reservation is kept by the guest during the first day of accommodation (until checkout time (12-00) of the day following the day of arrival). In case of non-arrival or late (untimely) cancellation of the reservation, the Hotel shall refund the prepayment to the guest minus the penalty (cost of the first day of accommodation) and in accordance with the conditions of the Hotel reservation. 2.6. Prepayment for guaranteed reservation is made by bank transfer or credit card, as well as any other method of cash or bank transfer. Payment is considered to be made in case of receipt of funds in the current account of the Hotel a day before arrival. In case of non-payment by the due date, the reservation is considered canceled without prior notice. 2. ACCOMMODATION OF GUESTS 3.1. Accommodation of guests in a hotel is carried out upon provision of: a) identity passport; b) birth certificate - for a person under the age of 14; d) permits for temporary residence of a stateless person; e) residence permit of a stateless person 3.2. Check-in at the hotel is from 14.00. Checkout time - 12.00. 3.3. When making a hotel accommodation, the administrator issues the guest with a “Guest Card” confirming the conclusion of a service agreement. "Guest Card" is a pass to the hotel. PAYMENT FOR ACCOMMODATION 3.1. The hotel has a daily payment for accommodation 3.2. Payment for hotel accommodation is charged in accordance with a single checkout time - 12.00 hours. 3.3. For stays of no more than one day (24 hours) with one night (night time from 22.00 to 6.00 in the morning), a fee is charged per day. 3.4. Accommodation at the hotel from 07.00 hours to checkout time is paid 50% of the cost of the room with breakfast on the day of arrival. 3.5. When staying at the hotel from 12.00 hours for a period exceeding the checkout time of that day, the guest pays for accommodation after the checkout time in the amount of 50% of the room price. 3.6. In the event of a delayed check-out, a fee is charged at the guest’s choice: 3.7. The guest is obliged to pay for hotel services and other paid services in full after their provision to the consumer. With the consent of the guest, payment for hotel services can be made in full. 3.8. A check is issued to the guest, confirming payment of the room. 3.9. There is no charge for children under the age of 14 sharing the same room with parents without extra bed. 4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GUEST Follow the rules and policies.
